The BGB can fire anything that can be triggered by a generic USB keyboard (like Cue Lab) or with a USB MIDI interface. If it is triggered by the space bar, you’re good to go. However, I have successfully tested it on a 16 foot unpowered USB cable. That said, I do believe that cable quality makes a difference.
